know that you are coming so that
we can arrange for more help.
Put signs on
the front door two weeks ahead
letting your patron know that they
can help out in this Fund Raiser by
shopping at Creative Dancewear
during your Recital Fundraising
Week.
Email the
rebate coupon to your patrons.
You are not giving out their
personal email information.
You are the only one contacting them.
Print a
supply of rebates and have
your receptionist hand them out to
parents two weeks ahead of the
event
Put the
coupon on your web site.
This will allow you to direct your
patrons to your web site.
This encourages them to look at
other information that you might
have there and keeps your time
free from involvement with this
event.
Be up front
with your parents. We are
promoting this event because
Creative Dancewear is giving us
10% of what you spend there during
Recital Fundraising Week to help
our studio. There's really
no difference between asking them
to do business with those who
advertise in your program and
asking them to participate in this
event. After all, the more
money the studio receives, the
less is charged for lessons,
costumes and other expenses.
Let us know
what you need ahead of time.
This is the main reason that we
ask you to send in your request to
participate at least 3 weeks ahead
of the event. We don't want to
disappoint your patrons by not
having the requested items in
stock when they arrive.
Don't include items that you are
ordering for them from other
sources.
Note: Your group purchases are
excluded from the program, as they
already are receiving substantial
savings. |
