One of those stressors is having the students get the right tights, hair pins, makeup etc. for their numbers.  This can be involved, and Creative Dancewear would like to offer you some free service options.  Let us know which option works for you. 

• Option 1.  Parents purchase the required item on a web page designed for your school's recital program. You provide us with your requirements for the classes involved, and we will make these items available to the parents to purchase on line.  There will be a specific time period for ordering on line.  You will need to let parents know the web page address and the dates that the on line ordering will be available. (We will give you this information).   Individual orders are shipped freight free directly to the customer's mailing address entered at time of checkout.  There is no money to be collected since all items have been purchased on line.  Customers should allow up to 4 business days for delivery.     Option 1 needs to be setup at least one month prior to the date you are requesting delivery of the orders.  Contact us here to set this up for your school.
• Option 2. You can place a group order for the items that you want for recital.  Let us know what items you are needing and the quantity.  We will quote you a price for the order.  Half of the order amount will be due at the point of placing the order, and the balance is due on delivery.  You need to arrange for pickup at the store.  Option 2 needs to be setup at least one month prior to the date you are requesting delivery of the orders. • Option 3. Selling your requested recital items at your studio.   At this time we could provide for one single setup of up to 3 hours at your school at a time that is agreed upon.  We need a connection to an electric outlet.  The ability to connect to a single phone line would be needed if we were to offer credit and debit card sales.  Without that connection, all sales would need to be cash or check.    Option 3 needs to be setup at least one month prior to the date you are requesting delivery of the orders. • Option 4. Notifying us of your recital needs and having the parents come to the store to purchase the items.  It is always an option to send parents to Creative Dancewear to purchase their supplies.  We can be better prepared if you would contact us in advance. If you use options 1-3, we will stock the items that you requested at the store as long as they are part of our regular merchandise assortment. Option 4 needs to be setup one month ahead if possible.
