- Is there a time
limit on how long it takes me to
purchase 5 pairs? No
- What if the
free pair that I want costs more
than the other shoes that I have
been purchasing, do I have to pay
extra for the free pair? No

for $10 Discount Club, do I
still get my discount on the
pointe shoes that I purchase, and
do those shoes count toward the 5
pairs? Yes, yes.
- I
receive a courtesy discount, do I
qualify for the Buy 5 Get 1 Free
pointe shoe program?
Unfortunately, your courtesy
discount does not apply to the the
program. You will, of course
get the courtesy savings that we
have given to you.
- Do I have
to buy the same shoe each time I
purchase a pointe shoe? No,
you can purchase any pointe shoe
that we have available to us.
- How will I know whether or not you
carry my shoe in stock at the
store?
Contact us and we
will let you know if the shoe that
you want is part of our
current selection. Even it
is not part of our current
selection, there is a chance that
we might add it if there are a
number of request for your
particular style of pointe shoe.
- What if I use a
shoe that you don't carry?
Can I order the shoe I want? Send
us an email and we will let
you know if we can make your shoe
available.
- What companies
do you purchase from?
Capezio, Bloch, Freed, Grishko &
Russian Pointe.
- How long does
it take to order a pointe shoe?
Usually from 10 days to 2 weeks if
the shoes are in stock. Order
time will vary with different
manufacturers. We will
provide individual information to
you after you sign up.
- Do I have to
pay for the shoes that you do not
stock before you order
them? Yes, special orders
are to be paid for in advance of
the order unless they are part of
our regular assortment.
- Do I have to
pay for freight charges?
Only on order that we mail to you.
- What if the
shoe comes in and I decide that I
don't want it? There is a
$7.88 return freight fee on special
order shoes that are returned.
Restocking fees vary with the
brands, and that information will
be on the manufacturer's page tabs
at the top of this page.
All companies except Russian
Pointe can be returned.
Russian Pointe does not accept
returns unless the shoe is found
to be defective.
