At Creative Dancewear, we try to keep an up to date list of school requirements.  There are several reasons for your school to submit this information to us.  

• This saves you time.  Your students and parents can come to us instead of asking you each time they have a questions about what they should wear.
• This saves your students and parents time.  They come to one store to get the items that they need. This pleases them and you.
• This helps us prepare.  The earlier we have your requirements, the sooner we can purchase the items that you want.  Getting the right clothing is the goal.

To fill out your class requirements, simply click the Requirements link at the top of this page.  Fill in the rows and columns with the information that you would like to have on file.  Don't worry about having enough room.  The spaces expand as you type in your information.  Use your tab button to go from space to space.

While you are on the requirements page, we have also included a link to a page listing some of the most requested shoes.  This may help you identify the shoes that you want for your school.  Style numbers and colors are listed as well.

The Survey

The survey is a way to find out the needs of your school.  The goal is to help make life a little easier when is comes to having the clothing available to your students.   Feel free to fill it out if you like.
